accused of stealing this song.. Jessie J.. whattt..
Jessie J is my girl. LOVE love love her. But she is being sued by Will Loomis for the song she did titled "Domino". Will claims Jessie stole his song. But they to me barely sound the same. Just some parts for off n on but so much different.. I think they are doing this for a publicity stunt. What do you think??? Do you think they sound the same? If so is it enough to sue for ? Big thumbs down Loomis & The Lust all you have is myspace. Jessie, is a STAR!

I don't know about you, but i love seeing things like this as women get older. I love the natural look of a gracefully older man/woman. I fear aging. Its been a scary reality for me. But seeing photos like this make me smile. I know playboy photoshops, but Jenny is a gorgeous girl. There are a handful of women that look better with age. Hondas new one seater... hover round move over. This guy really lied about a soldier on AGT ? And more!!!
This guy is a discrace to man kind. I watch what I talk/blog about till I get all the facts.. well at least most of them. When I wanted to post the story yesterday I thought until I know more I will wait. The video will show you Timothy Michael Poe on Americas Got Talent..... telling "his" story. Story is right. How could his wife let him go up there knowing he wasn't telling the truth? When things are out in the public eye you are asking to be analyzed . To make up such a sick thing about someone who serves our Country? REALLY DUDE?

Notice that he didn't stutter..... after the performance.. UNTIL Nick mentioned it. Fishy to you or is it just me?
Heres what TMZ had to stay about this...
Stuttering "America's Got Talent" contestant Timothy Poe is NOT the soldier in the photo displayed during his tearjerker audition this week -- it's someone else ... and the REAL soldier is pissed.
Staff Sgt. Norman Bone tells TMZ, he first heard about the photo from his ex-wife who was watching "AGT" -- Norman thought it was part of a tribute to the troops ... and didn't think twice about it.
Tuesday night, one of the guys Bone served with in Afghanistan sent him a message on Facebook -- telling him the "AGT" segment was must-see TV ... so Bone finally checked it out online ... and now, he's livid.
Bone -- who currently serves in El Paso, TX -- tells us, "First thing that came to my mind was 'Why would this lying son of a bitch do this, adding "I'm absolutely furious. Been seeing red all day."
Bone says he's never even heard of Timothy Poe -- and he's going to meet with the Army legal department to explore his options.
The photo in question was originally posted here -- on the U.S. Department of Defense website -- along with the caption, "U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Norman Bone directs movement as his patrol turns around on a narrow path in the mountains of Parwan province in Afghanistan on Oct. 25, 2006."
Timothy Poe has insisted from the beginning his story is legit. We called him about the photo. He hasn't gotten back to us.
Calls to NBC and "America's Got Talent" were also not returned.
SICK BASTARD!! You are a shameful, mentally ill person for faking a story like that. I couldn't even tell you if he was in the Military in the first place.
on a more positive note Honda has come out with a new ride. It's like a lazy man butt scooter... and you will end up with a sore back when you get up. But hey at least your legs won't hurt. Right???

A Giant squid?? YUP sure is!
A bit graphic but not too bad. A shark attacks a giant squid but when the shark realizes he cant carry him away, he swims off.
